Flexible, powerful stimulation

Stimulus mode available up to 250V AC, 220V DC maximum voltage. Two additional stimulus buses can be set to all test points for functional testing.

Multiple measurement formats

'E' models are Automeg systems designed for entry level function testing. This model is ideal if active component density is low or your designs are stable.

'M' Automeg models offer multibus function testing. They have the highest level of flexibility, with both 2 and 4 wire measurements and function testing.

APG even for functional testing

Active APG (Automatic Program Generation) toolset does all the work for you, even with complex assemblies including active components.
