New returns procedure from 1st April 2025.
From the 1st of April 2025 all our customers will be required to ship through our Inward Processing procedures.
Inward Processing allows us to import goods in line with Customs and Government guidelines, without paying import duties and taxes, provided these goods are correctly processed and subsequently re-exported. This procedure is designed to facilitate efficient movement and support, and to limit unnecessary costs which will be passed on to the customer.
To comply with these requirements, we require you to follow our shipping procedures which will be added to this page soon.
Items shipped outside of this procedure may incur delays and additional charges.
