RETURNS FOR REPAIR

New returns procedure from 1st June 2025.

From 4th August 2025, all returns must follow our new Inward Processing (IP) procedure, which is detailed below.

IP allows us to import goods without paying import duties and taxes, provided these goods are processed and subsequently re-exported. This procedure is designed to facilitate efficient trade and ensure that we can continue to offer competitive pricing and high-quality products.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this; please note that sending any items to us for repair without following this process may add delay and incur additional costs.  We won't accept any returns unless the IP process is followed in full.

To comply with these requirements, please take note of the following process:

Step 1

Request an RMA number

Do this by raising a support ticket via our helpdesk.

Step 2

Complete the paperwork

We will send you an RMA form to fill in. 

Please return the completed form, along with commercial invoice and packing list to service@mktest.com

Note: The commercial invoice must include our IP Authorisation Number which is IP/0924/678/30.

Step 3

Get approval before shipping

Please don’t send anything until we’ve reviewed and approved your documents. This helps avoid delays, customs issues, or unnecessary charges.

Step 4

Confirmation and delivery update

Once everything’s in order, we’ll confirm you’re good to go ahead and ship your item.

We’ll let you know when your items arrive safely with us.
