New returns procedure from 1st April 2025

The returns procedure has been updated and will be in place from the 1st of April 2025.  From this date, all customers will be required to ship returns back to MK Test through our Inward Processing procedures.

Inward Processing allows us to import goods in line with Customs and Government guidelines, without paying import duties and taxes, provided these goods are correctly processed and subsequently re-exported. This procedure is designed to facilitate efficient movement and support, and to limit unnecessary costs which will be passed on to the customer.

To comply with these requirements, we require customers to follow our returns procedure which will shortly be added to the returns page.

Items shipped outside of this procedure may incur delays and additional charges.
